Msumule had said this today when speaking to reporters, in which he said that, his Department was conducting inspections in some company, and seized fake passports more than 30.
"Right now there's a wave of counterfeit permit issuance, some government servants who have joined in this network to provide fake permits. We will not see a government servant is responsible for issuing fake permits, we will take legal action, "he said.
He cited some companies were found by workers with fake documents to be Global Leader, Alpha Romeo, Security and LuckSpin.
In addition, he called on all employers to ensure employers are foreign nationals with valid permits for work and housing, while requiring foreigners without permission to return to the country they were from.
"All Employers make sure your employees have a valid permit for residents and working, and we are continuing with the investigation without having permission we will arrest this week and bring them to justice or to leave," he said.
In other action, Msumule said his Office has arrested a Ugandan citizen known by the name Aisha Talib who living without permissions, including hoarding pasport 15 of citizenship of Burundi and Madagascar.
