Scholarships are awarded based on Grade Point Average (GPA), financial need, and community service/employment record. Must be a permanent resident of the United States. The student’s permanent residence for the past two years has been California. 3.0 and above GPA . Must have completed at least one semester/quarter in college as a full-time student. Must be of Armenian descent
