Applications are invited for IBRO/IBE-UNESCO Science of Learning Fellowships for researchers of all nationalities. These fellowships are offered by The International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) which has continued its partnership with the International Bureau of Education (IBE) of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
This is part of the IBRO Science of Learning Initiative that aims to support and translate key neuroscience research on learning and the brain to educators, policymakers and governments.
IBRO is the global federation of neuroscience organisations that aims to promote and support neuroscience training, teaching, collaborative research and advocacy around the world.
Degree Level: Fellowships are available for Senior Scientists and Mid-Career Scientists.
Available Subject: Fellowships are awarded in the field of neuroscience, preferably in the science of learning.
Scholarship Benefits: Fellowships of 20,000 Euros per fellow will be awarded. IBRO and IBE–UNESCO cannot arrange accommodation, visas, insurance, travel or other related logistics. This will be the responsibility of the fellow to organize. Each fellow will be provided with his/her own office, including a computer, desk and internet access.
Number of Scholarships: Three fellowships will be awarded.
Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:
Applications will be considered from Senior Scientists and Mid-Career Scientists with at least 10 years of experience practising in the field of neuroscience, preferably in the science of learning. IBRO and IBE–UNESCO will consider researchers from all regions of the world.
